I establish a safe container of liminal sacred space

and fill it with specific frequencies and vibrations,

which create transformative change on a neural, cellular and soulful level.

The Mystical:

Sound Baths create a vibrational atmosphere that facilitates a state of relaxation, lucid dreaming and deep meditation. This ceremonial concert is designed to provide an environment where energy that is no longer needed can be released, which shifts the mind, body and spirit into a deeply relaxed state of being.

This state is known as the “magic window” where one can experience cellular regeneration and create new neural pathways that help the body repair itself, release stress and heal.

During the Sound Bath I invite compassionate Allies, Guides, Ancestors and Healing Spirits to arrive and work with each of us in this sacred space.

The Science:

Guests are bathed in powerful vibrations and binaural beats that help entrain their brain waves into Theta. In this deeply relaxed state dynamic healing can take place, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, cellular regeneration, stress release, as well as, emotional, mental and physical healing.

My Method

I combine my intuition, voice, crystal and Tibetan bowls, Paiste gongs, tuning forks and Reiki to create a vibrational and energetic attunement around your body with powerful vibrations and binaural beat waves. This is where your parasympathetic nervous system activates, and you enter into light sleep, deep relaxation, lucid dreaming, meditation and shamanic journeying.

What to Expect:

Participants lay in a comfortable position on the floor (savasana), while I play the crystal and Tibetan bowls, the blessing rattle and Paiste gong, accompanied by shamanic vocal toning. Many people have reported noticeable physical changes and often experience reduced pain, deeper sleep and meditation, increased memory, focus, concentration and enhanced cohesiveness afterward.

Please bring anything that you may need to feel comfortable on the floor in silence for one hour. Blankets, pillows, bolsters, yoga mats, etc. are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and please be hydrated.

Public Events: Prices vary from $55-$150/per person, depending on the venue.
